Create a return order

If an order has been rejected, you may need to place a new order to generate the necessary tasks for returning the item. This can be accomplished by using the 'Return Order' functionality.

A return order can be created within the original delivery order, which will keep the original item and reference details.

To create a return:

  1. Open the order you wish to create a return for
  2. Select the action Create return  
  3. Select the fields that will be replicated (note, leg tasks will be reversed)
  4. Click on Submit, and the order will be updated with the corresponding information, while the Pickup and Dropoff addresses will be swapped.
  5. Once you have reviewed the new order and added the task dates, select Save to create the order

You have now created a return order to allocate to a driver to action.
