Roles let you define a standard set of access rights in Yojee

Accessing User Roles

From the Manage section (From the profile menu in the top right), navigate to Team > Roles

 

 

Creating a Role

Click on Create Role. Here you will be able customise where a user should Edit or View only. Simply click on the check box accordingly and save.

Organisational Unit Restrictions

If users should be restricted to only view specific Organisational Units orders, this can be restricted by selecting Specific OUs.

You can then select which OU the user role will have access to.

Enabling the Blank OU option allows users to view orders that do not have an associated Organisational Unit. If you prefer that users do not have access to these orders, simply uncheck this option.
