Track real-time delivery progress across orders, reports, and transport operations with the new Delivery Status field.
What is Delivery Status?
The Delivery Status field in Yojee TCMS provides a real-time reflection of an order’s execution state, independent of its Planning Status. This helps dispatchers and operations teams gain accurate visibility into the operational journey of each order, from assignment through to delivery.
Delivery Status is automatically derived based on business rules and system conditions, using live data from tasks, journey legs, partners, and ITNs (Item Tracking Numbers).
Where Can I See the Delivery Status?
Delivery Status is now available in the following locations:
-
✅ Transport Orders Page
-
✅ Orders Report (optional column – needs to be manually added)
-
✅ Order Items Report (optional column – needs to be manually added)

Delivery Status Values & Their Meanings
The following table explains how Delivery Status is calculated based on order state and journey conditions:
Scenario | Delivery Status |
---|---|
Journey leg not yet assigned to driver or transferred | Processing |
Assigned journey leg rejected by driver / declined by partner | Processing |
Journey leg assigned to driver with reported ITNs (partial progress) | Processing |
Journey leg assigned but not yet accepted by driver | Planning |
Assigned & accepted, but no origin pickup completed | Out for Pick Up |
At least one origin pickup completed, next step is not destination | In Transit |
At least one ITN origin pickup complete | Out for Delivery |
All destination drop-offs completed | Delivered |
Transferred to partner but not yet accepted | Planning |
Transferred and accepted by partner | Planning |
Partner-assigned driver not yet accepted | Planning |
Transferred to partner, no pickup completed | Out for Pick Up |
Transferred, accepted, some pickups complete, next step not destination | In Transit |
Transferred, accepted, on the way to destination | Out for Delivery |
Transferred, all drop-offs completed | Delivered |
All ITNs cancelled | Cancelled |

Using Delivery Status for Filtering
You can also use Delivery Status as a filter in the following locations:
-
Transport Orders Page
-
Orders Report
-
Order Items Report
This allows you to quickly isolate orders in a particular state (e.g., In Transit, Out for Delivery, Delivered).
Why This Matters
Unlike Planning Status—which focuses on internal preparation and allocation—Delivery Status reflects the live operational journey. It ensures better alignment across teams and provides more accurate visibility into where an order is at any point in time.
Tips for Teams
-
Use Delivery Status filters to prioritise follow-ups on "Out for Delivery" orders.
-
Combine Planning Status + Delivery Status views for a full operational picture.
-
Ensure teams are saving presets after adding the Delivery Status column for consistent views.
