Save and organise your filters for regular use, making it effortless to switch between different filters in Transport Orders.
The saved filter feature that allows you to easily and conveniently save your searches.
Find the transport orders you are looking for quickly, by selecting from a list of previously saved filters.
Before you can save a new filter, you need to add the required filters. This can be done by using:
- Dynamic Date Selector - Select which date you are sorting by, then the time period below it.
- Planning Status - Select the status types you would like to view
- Add filter - Add any additional filters you wish to filter by
Saving A filter
Once your filter has been set select Filters, then select the Saved Filters tab, and then Save filter.
Then give the filter a name, and select Save when finished.
Note, you can select Set this filter as default if you want this filter to auto apply when you return to the Transport Orders screen.
Recall a filter
Saved filters can easily be recalled by selecting Filters then Saved filters then the select the name of the filter you wish to recall
Edit a saved filter
Edit a filter by using the icons next to each saved filter:
- - UPDATE the saved filter to the current filter settings
- - EDIT the filter name
- - DELETE the saved filter
- - SET AS DEFAULT to make this filter your default view
