Release Notes - May 2026

Shipment Type on Order Details, cleaner team notifications and a faster Driver App

🆕 Shipment Type & Mode on the Order Details Screen

The Order Details screen now shows Shipment Type and Shipment Mode at a glance. Dispatchers no longer need to open the upstream document (CW1 or otherwise) to confirm whether an order is FCL, LCL, Air, Sea or otherwise, the answer is right there on the order.

🆕 Team Notification Deduplication (Transfer Accepted + Pricing Update)

Slugs running both Transfer Accepted and Pricing Update team-notification triggers were receiving two near-identical emails for the same order event. These are now deduplicated into a single email when they fire together, reducing inbox noise without losing any information.

🆕 Driver App: Cleaner "New Tasks" Experience

The intrusive "There Are New Tasks Available" drawer in the Driver App has been removed. New tasks now surface inline in the task list with a subtle indicator, so drivers stay focused on the job in front of them rather than dismissing a pop-up first.

🔧 Improvements & Fixes

Driver App: Sync Reliability Improved A scenario where completed tasks could get stuck in "pending sync" after a connectivity drop has been fixed. The sync state machine now reconciles correctly when the connection returns, so completed work no longer hangs in an indeterminate state.

Driver App: Smaller On-Device Storage Footprint The Driver App now periodically clears accumulated photo and document cache so its footprint on the phone stays bounded over time. Drivers who've been using the app for many months previously saw their phone slow down as the app's local data grew. That growth is now managed automatically.

Email Integration: .MSG Attachments Now Process Correctly Inbound emails with .msg attachments (a common Outlook export format) were being incorrectly rejected by the email integration. The file-type allow-list has been corrected and .msg files now process normally.
