Release Notes - February 2026
Configurable photo steps, faster driver-survey reviews and stronger API security
🆕 Configurable Photo Upload Step in Driver Workflow

You can now mark Upload Photo steps as Optional in the driver workflow. Drivers will see the photo step but can skip it where evidence isn't required, removing friction on jobs that don't need a POD photo while keeping the option in place for those that do.
🆕 "Past 24 Hours" Filter on the Driver Survey Report
The Driver Survey Report now includes a dynamic Past 24 Hours date filter. Operations teams can quickly review the most recent driver survey responses (vehicle checks, sign-on questions, etc.) without manually setting a date range each shift.
🆕 Waybill Field Now Available via the Update Document API
The Waybill field, introduced in January, can now be set or updated via the **Update Document API. Customers integrating documents into TCMS can attach the waybill identifier programmatically, keeping waybill data consistent across systems and reducing manual updates.
🔧 Improvements & Fixes
✅ Stronger API Security Headers
A platform-wide security hardening exercise added missing HTTP security headers across the TCMS API surface. There is no change for end users — this further protects accounts against common web attacks (clickjacking, content sniffing, MIME-type confusion).
✅ Driver App: Geofence Crash on Android Resolved
Some Android devices were experiencing crashes triggered by geofence events on certain task transitions. The crash has been fixed and the app's geofence handling has been hardened against similar edge cases.
