Release Notes - August 2026

Partner acceptance SLAs, faster bulk broadcasts and more reliable notifications

🆕 Partner Acceptance SLAs — Know When a Transfer Stalls

You can now set an acceptance SLA on each partner relationship. If a transferred order isn't accepted within the agreed window, TCMS surfaces an alert icon on the Transport Orders page and sends a notification.

Previously a stalled transfer could sit unnoticed until someone chased it. Now the system tells you.

🆕 Clearer Integration Failure Emails

Integration failure notification emails previously included the raw technical payload. They now present the details in a readable format, so operations teams can understand what failed without needing a developer to interpret it.

This completes a three-part improvement: the email subject now carries Country, Branch and User; recipients are routed dynamically; and the body is readable.

🆕 Hide Workspaces If You Don't Use It

Teams that don't use Workspaces can now have the switcher hidden entirely, removing an unused control from the dispatcher header. Contact your Customer Success representative to have it turned off for your account.

🆕 Arrival Time Now Available in the API

The arrival time captured against a task is now exposed in the API, alongside improvements to how arrival times propagate on transferred orders. Useful for dwell-time and time-on-site reporting in your own systems.

🔧 Improvements & Fixes

POD PDFs No Longer Waste Pages The Package Information table was being pushed onto a new page instead of flowing after the preceding content, producing unnecessarily long PODs. Now flows correctly.

Faster Manual Planning and Quick Assign The Manual Planning modal could hang on load for larger operations, and Quick Assign was slow for drivers already holding a large open route. Both optimised.
