      Partner Order Notifications

      Keeping delivery partners updated on new orders

      Stay updated on new order transfers by enabling email notifications. Receive alerts whenever a new order is sent your way to ensure you are always informed.

      To enable notifications as a Delivery Partner:

      1. Navigate to Partners

      2. Find the Upstream partner you would like to be notified of and select the partner name
      3. Under Transfer notification email add the email you wish notifications to be sent to, then ensure Send Order transfer notification is enabled
      4. Select Save changes

      You have now successfully set up notifications for order transfers.
