      Partner Order Notifications

      Keeping delivery partners updated on new orders

      Stay updated on new order transfers by enabling email notifications. Receive alerts whenever a new order is sent your way to ensure you are always informed.

      To enable notifications as a Delivery Partner:

      1. Navigate to Partners (in the top right profile menu)
         
      2. Navigate to Team > Team Notifications

      3. As the downstream (DS) partner, enter the email address(es) in the "Group address(es)" field to receive notifications for incoming order transfers.
      4. Ensure the Incoming transfer (DS) has a check under Group Address
      5. Select Save changes in the bottom right

      You have now successfully set up notifications for order transfers.
