Order ID (Starts with O-)

  • Can be used when you are not using the External Order ID and you are relying on a system generated number to track your goods.

Item TN (Starts with YOJ-)

  • Eg: If I have one consignment with 5 items, each one will have a unique Item TN but all will have the same Order ID.

Global item TN (Starts with Y-)

  • As above for Item TN but the difference here, it does not change when passed through to your network partners.

Batch ID (Starts with OG-)

  • Is used for identifying a group of orders/consignments on a template.
  • Eg: I create 20 orders on 1 batch upload template. All have different external order id's. The one thing that groups them together is the Batch ID.
