How to Log In to Yojee TCMS

Step-by-step guide to access your Yojee TCMS Dispatcher account, reset your password, and troubleshoot login issues.

1. Logging in to Yojee TCMS

To log in to the Yojee TCMS (Transport Control Management System), navigate to your company’s dedicated dispatcher URL:

https://[yourcompanyslug].dispatcher.yojee.com

Replace [yourcompanyslug] with the slug assigned to your company. For example, if your company slug is fastlogistics, the login URL will be:

https://fastlogistics.dispatcher.yojee.com

Once on the page:

  1. Enter your email address and password.

  2. Click Login to access your account.


2. Forgot Your Password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:

  1. Select "Reset Password" or Visit:

     
    https://[yourcompanyslug].dispatcher.yojee.com/password/reset
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.

  3. Click Confirm.

  4. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.

🔒 Make sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t receive the email within a few minutes.


3. Troubleshooting Login Errors

Error Message:

"The Email Address or Password/Code entered is incorrect. Please enter valid email and password/code."

This error may appear for a few reasons:

  • Incorrect Email or Password:

    • Try resetting your password using the steps above.

    • Double-check your email address for typos.

  • Wrong Company Slug in URL:

    • Ensure you’re logging in via the correct company URL.

    • If unsure, contact your system administrator.
