How do I Fail or Report a Booking as a Driver
A collection or delivery may not be successful, you can report/fail a booking as a driver.
As a driver using the Yojee Driver App, click on the task detail, and instead of selecting Complete, click on Report.
Next, choose the reason why the booking was unable to be completed and follow the steps to confirm your departure.

Furthermore, you can select "Other" to specify a reason that is not included in the given options.
