How do I Fail or Report a Booking
A collection or delivery may not be successful, you can report/fail a booking as a dispatcher or driver.
To report as a dispatcher, follow these steps:
- Filter by Assigned
- Select the tasks/bookings you want to Report / Fail
- Select the Report button
- Choose the reason for the unsuccessful collection or delivery.
- Your booking will now have the states Reported.
As a driver using the Yojee Driver App, click into the task detail and instead of selecting Complete, click on Report.
Next, choose the reason why the booking was unable to be completed and follow the steps to confirm your departure.
