How do I Fail or Report a Booking
A collection or delivery may not be successful, you can report/fail a booking as a dispatcher.
To report as a dispatcher, follow these steps:
- Filter by Assigned
- Select the tasks/bookings you want to Report / Fail
- Select the Report button
Choose the reason for the unsuccessful pickup or drop-off. Additionally, you have the option to provide a custom reason by choosing "Other."
4. Your booking will now have the states Reported.
Note: Please note that reporting is restricted to tasks that have been assigned.
