When your upstream partner shares orders with you from various locations, it is likely that they have established Organisational Units (OUs). In such situations, you may find yourself overseeing teams across multiple OUs. Therefore, it is essential to ensure that the orders received from your upstream partner are accurately mapped to our corresponding OUs.

Mapping OUs to your Upstream Partner
Once your OUs have been setup, you can map upstream OUs to yours.
- Navigate to Partners (select your profile menu in the top right, then Partners)
- Select the Company Name of your upstream partner
- Scroll to the Organisational unit section and toggle Map partner to Organisational unit to on
- From here you can toggle Whole partner to single Organisational unit:
- Toggle ON - This will map all orders from your upstream partner to a single Organisational unit
- Toggle OFF - This will allow you to map each OU individually
- Toggle ON - This will map all orders from your upstream partner to a single Organisational unit
- When finished, select Save changes
Please note, if your upstream OUs are being mapped to "None" ensure you have users who have access to orders with blank OUs to ensure any orders that are incorrectly sent are seen.
