Drivers can attach multiple photos to orders at various stages, including pickup, reporting, and drop-off. These photos can be easily downloaded for reference.
All photos associated with an order are conveniently stored within that specific order.
To access these photos, simply open the order you wish to view. At the top section of the order details, you will find download links corresponding to the relevant codes for each type of photo:
- PPU - Pickup task completion photos
- PPR - Pickup task reported photos
- PDO - Dropoff task completion photos
- PDR - Dropoff task reported photos
Please note that the number displayed in parentheses indicates the total count of photos available (for example, (2) signifies that there are two photos).
Selecting any of these links will initiate a download of a ZIP file containing the photos.
If you prefer to download individual images, you can do so by visiting the Documents tab.
