This feature automatically calculates commit times for all tasks in an order based on the selected service type. By using this tool, you can streamline your delivery schedule and ensure that commit dates and times align with your business's operational days, improving efficiency and accuracy.
How to Enable Calculated Commit Times
- Select Manage from the profile menu in the top right
- Navigate to Orders > Service Types
- Either Add a new service type, or edit an existing
- Enable Calculate commit times and enter the following:
- Cut-off Time - The latest time that day an order can be considered for this service type. Orders created after this time will be processed for the following business day.
- Delivery time - Define the expected delivery (e.g., next day, 2 days).
- Business days - Select the business days on which operations run.

After setting up these options, click Save.
Default Time Windows
- Pickup: The commit time is set to 00:00 - 23:59 on the order creation day.
- Dropoff: The commit time is calculated for the delivery day.
Note:
If the order already contains pickup/delivery times, the system will not recalculate commit times.
