      Batch Print or Download Labels

      Using the Batch ID, we allow dispatchers to download or print all labels from one batch upload at the same time.

      The Batch ID is generated when you upload your csv/xlsx file for order creation. 

      You will see the Batch ID in the notification bell on the top right of your screen or you can view the Batch ID in the Transport Orders screen. 

      1. Go to Transport Orders
      2. In the Search filter to Batch ID and enter the ID you wish to search for
      3. Select the orders to download the labels and select Documents > Label - Labels

      4. The labels will then be generated and zip file will be downloaded when ready.

      Success! 🙌 You have now downloaded the group of labels that belong to the batch of orders you have created.

      • You can also use the Batch ID to search in Explore and List View. Simply copy from the Orders screen and paste into the filter!
