      Batch Print or Download Labels

      Using the Batch ID, we allow dispatchers to download or print all labels from one batch upload at the same time.

      The Batch ID is generated when you upload your csv/xlsx file for order creation. 

      You will see the Batch ID in the notification bell on the top right of your screen or you can view the Batch ID in the Orders screen. 

      1. Go to Orders
      2. Enter the Batch ID into the search field and select ENTER on your keyboard.
      3. Download the labels as required

       

       

      Success! 🙌 You have now downloaded the group of labels that belong to the batch of orders you have created. 

      TIP! 👏

      • Ensure pop-ups are not blocked for Yojee Dispatcher to enable the new tab in your browser to open with your labels. 
      • You can also use the Batch ID to search in Explore and List View. Simply copy from the Orders screen and paste into the filter!
