Select your order template. To configure your template,**[refer to this article](https://help.yojee.com/knowledge/configuring-your-templates?hsLang=en)** for more information 2. Select your Sender 3. Enter your External ID (if required) and Service Type ![](https://help.yojee.com/hubfs/image-png-Apr-22-2022-02-37-56-48-AM.png) 4. Fill in the booking details for both the pickup and drop off, ensuring the mandatory fields are filled in 1. Pickup / Drop Off task type (defaulted as per your template configuration ☝️) 2. Address Line 1 3. From Date and Time 4.
