# Proof of Delivery Document Customisation
## Customise your Proof of Delivery (POD) document
Yojee provides the flexibility to customise your Proof of Delivery (POD) documents according to your specific needs. You can either utilise the HTML editor for a tailored design or opt for the simpler Connote option for ease of use.
To edit and review your POD:
1. Go to **Manage** in the profile menu in the top right
2. Navigate to **Documentation \> POD**
From here, you can view and customise your POD template accordingly.
By default, the **Custom HTML** POD template will be selected with a basic POD already created.
This can be changed by choosing in **Template type**:
- **Custom HTML** - HTML editor to edit the existing Connote or create a new one
- **Consignment note template** - Utilise the [Consignment Note](https://help.yojee.com/knowledge/creating-consignment-notes?hsLang=en) as the POD.
### Custom HTML
Our Custom HTML editor, in conjunction with the Yojee [Documentation Variables](https://help.yojee.com/knowledge/label-variables?hsLang=en), allow you to create personalised POD documents.
1. **Version** - Allows you to view and retrieve previous POD variants
2. **HTML Editor** - Review/Edit the HTML here to customise your POD
3. **Document Preview** - View live changes to the POD document
Once you have made the required changes, you can **Save**, and **Set Active** to ensure this is the POD utilised.
### Consignment note template
Alternatively, you can utilise the Consignment note as the POD template. The Consignment note can be edited by navigating to **Documentation \> Connote Template **(See [Editing Consignment](https://help.yojee.com/knowledge/creating-consignment-notes?hsLang=en) Note for more information).
Ensure you select **Append photos** to have the delivery photo's attached to the connote.
In addition, ensure the **Signature **section is included in your Connote and the **Add after completion** box has been ticked to populate the signature, name and timestamp of delivery.
