Every order item at your fingertips
The Order Item Report is a generic report which provides you with holistic insights into your business operations. All data surrounding any order item, regardless if they were transferred from/to a partner, or handled by their own fleet can be found in this report.
Description
Some key information that could be extracted from this report includes:

Source details of an order item i.e. was it transferred to a partner, or handled by the in house fleet, or was it transferred from an upstream partner

Number of attempts for each task of an item
-
Performance and risk measures at an item level and task level.

Ability to view an item in its entirety, or just focusing on 1 leg of an item.
Filters
There are 14 filters used in this report
- Date Type
- Date Range
- Leg
- Item Status
- Task Type
- Tracking Number
- Sender Name
- Corporate User
- Downstream Partner
- Driver Name
- Service Type
- Item Type
- Item Risk Status
- Item Completion Performance
Date Type
There are 3 date type options in this filter.
- Creation Date
Filtering on the creation date displays order-items only created within the specified date range.
- Commit To Date
Filtering on the commit to date displays order-items where tasks have a commit to date within the specified date range.
- Assigned Date
Filtering on the assigned date displays order-items where tasks have been assigned within the specified date range, irrespective of what the order-item states/statuses are.
Date Range
The Date Range filter allows you to select a single date or a customised date range.
Leg
The Leg filter gives dispatchers the option to filter on a particular leg he is concerned with, or no legs at all.
If an item in inserted into the product with the multi-leg feature i.e.
Leg 1: Pick up @ A, Drop off @ B
Leg 2: Pick up @ B, Drop off @ C, Pick up @ C, Drop off @ D
Leg 3: Pick up @ D, Drop off @ E

Filtering on Leg 1:
Would only show the state of the item concerned from Point A to Point B
Filtering on Leg 2:
Would only show the state of the item concerned from Point B to Point D
Filtering on Leg 3:
Would only show the state of the item concerned from Point D to Point E
Not Filtering on any Leg:
Would show the state of an item, considering all legs i.e. Point A to Point E
Item Status
The Item state filter allows users to select on all/ 1 of the following states (also found in the dashboards):

Cancelled
Task Type
User able to focus only on pick ups or drop offs or both.
Tracking Number
The Tracking Number filter enables a user to extract information for an item tagged to a particular tracking number.
It designed to take in any form of tracking number. This includes:

Global Tracking IDs

Yojee Order IDs
-
External Order IDs
-
Yojee Item IDs
-
External Item IDs
This filter does not handle multi-ID searches.
Sender Name
The Sender filter enables a user to extract information for all items that were placed by a particular sender account or have been transferred from one a specific upstream partner
Corporate User
The Corporate User filter enables a user to extract information for all items that were placed by a user of a particular corporate sender account.
The Corporate User filter only populates results depending on the Sender Filter.
e.g.

Sender filter selected as “Company ABC”

Corporate User filter
only populates suggestions for users who belong to Company ABC
NOTE: IF you do not select a sender filter, you will see all corporate users in the corporate user filter.
Downstream Partner
The Downstream Partner filter enables a user to extract information for all items that have been transferred to one(many) specific partner(s).
Driver Name
The Driver Name filter enables a user to extract information for all items that have been tagged to one(many) specific driver(s).
Service Type
The Service Type filter enables a user to extract information for all items tagged to a particular service type.
Item Type
The Item Type filter enables enables a user to extract information for all items belonging to a particular item type.
Item Risk Status
The Risk Profile filter enables a user to extract information for all items that have a particular Risk Profile tagged to them . The options include: “Low”, “Medium”, “High”, “Missed”.
Item Completion Performance
The Risk Profile filter enables a user to extract information for all items that have a particular Risk Profile tagged to them . The options include: “Low”, “Medium”, “High”, “Missed”.
Need to know how long a driver has been on site at the same location, check out these columns to help analyse this information:
- On Site Duration = difference between arrival and departure
- Waiting Duration = difference between arrival and start
- Service Duration = difference between start and completion
