Overview of fleet’s performance and drivers' progress
The Driver dashboard is designed to evaluate the performance of your fleet.
Unlike the Operations and Partners dashboard, the Driver dashboard captures task-level data. For tracking of items, please refer to the Operations and/or Partners Dashboard.
WORK WITH TASKS: Drivers receive jobs in the form of tasks (number of pickups or number of drop offs). In most cases, a driver is not measured on both pick up and drops. Use the Task Type filter to focus on the relevant metric for your operations.
Filters Definitions
There are 7 different filters on this dashboard. Please see below for a detailed description of each filter type.
- Date Type
- Date Range
- Leg
- Driver Name
- Task Type
- Sender Name
- Service Type
- Item Type
Date Type
There are 3 date type options in this filter.
- Creation Date
Filtering on the creation date displays order-items only created within the specified date range.
- Commit To Date
Filtering on the commit to date displays order-items where tasks have a commit to date within the specified date range.
- Assigned Date
Filtering on the assigned date displays order-items where tasks have been assigned within the specified date range, irrespective of what the order-item states/statuses are.
Date Range
The Date Range filter allows you to select a single date or a customised date range.
TIP 👏
If a dispatcher wants to do forward planning, he may do so by custom selecting dates for the future. All items with a commit date for the future would then show up in the Unassigned KPI (if they are not yet planned already).
Leg
The Leg filter gives dispatchers the option to filter on a particular leg he is concerned with, or no legs at all.
If an item in inserted into the product with the multi-leg feature i.e.
Leg 1: Pick up @ A, Drop off @ B
Leg 2: Pick up @ B, Drop off @ C, Pick up @ C, Drop off @ D
Leg 3: Pick up @ D, Drop off @ E
then;
Filtering on Leg 1:
Would reflect data for all tasks of items concerned from Point A to Point B
Filtering on Leg 2:
Would reflect data for all tasks of items concerned from Point B to Point D
Filtering on Leg 3:
Would reflect data for all tasks of items concerned from Point D to Point E
Not Filtering on any Leg:
Would reflect data for all tasks of all items concerned, considering all legs i.e. Point A to Point E
Driver Name
The Driver Name filter enables a dispatcher to select 1 or more drivers to focus on.
The options in this filter will only reflect the dispatcher's driver names. (i.e. his own fleet)
The dispatcher will not be able to see his downstream partners' driver names.
Task Type
The Task Type filter enables a dispatcher to focus solely on number of pickups or number of drops. For example, in outbound distribution, number of drops could work as a more useful metric.
Sender Name
The Sender filter enables a dispatcher to view task-level data for all items that belong to a particular sender account only.
The Sender Account must be registered in the dispatcher’s company slug.
This filter does not fetch Downstream Partners' sender names.
Service Type
The Service Type filter enables a dispatcher to view task-level data for all items that are tagged to a particular service type only.
This service type refers to all service types that have only been added in the dispatcher’s company slug.
This filter does not fetch Downstream Partners' service types.
Item Type
The Item Type filter enables a dispatcher to view task-level data for all items that are tagged to a particular item type only.
This item type refers to all items types that have only been added in the dispatcher’s company slug.
This filter does not fetch Downstream Partners' item types
